The Residences provided a good size and clean room; I had a nice and pleasant time but will try another hotel next time, which was fine. The location is super excellent, within the Gardens Shopping Mall, and directly linked to the Mid Valley Mega Mall complex. The dining experience was superb with many varieties, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel's location is convenient beside Garden Mall and Midvalley Mall, offering easy access to food, recreation, and work. The rooms are predominantly clean and spacious, although there were some issues with the shower and bathtub fittings showing signs of mold and rust. The service was recommendable overall, with helpful and friendly staff. The dining experience provided a wide range of international and local cuisine, although service quality fluctuated. The congestion due to traffic made reaching the hotel a bit challenging. In terms of facilities, the hotel had various services available.
